Grilled Pork Chops with Honey Mustard Glaze
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 table spoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tea spoon garlic powder

Directions:
- Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze:
In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Season the Pork Chops:
Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes – 2 hours.
- Prepare the Grill:

- Grill the Pork Chops:
Place the pork chops on the grill over direct heat.
Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with honey mustard glaze during the last few minutes of cooking, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve:
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
