Spicy Citrus Herb Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Marinate the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Prepare the Grill:
