Traditional Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Directions:
- Season the Wings:
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Prepare the Grill:

- Grill the Wings:
Place the wings on the grill over indirect heat.
Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the Buffalo Sauce:
While the wings are grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Coat the Wings:
Transfer the grilled wings to a large bowl.
Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve:
Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
